Evani Studios provides architectural design services across all stages of the RIBA Plan of Work. Our work includes refurbishments, extensions, conversions, new developments, new build projects and work involving heritage or listed buildings. We work across residential, retail, community, education and office sectors, with interior design considered where relevant to the wider project.

You work directly with us throughout your project, with one point of contact from the first conversation through to completion. We keep communication clear and flexible while offering guidance where we see opportunities to improve the design or strengthen the proposal.

We prepare and coordinate planning applications across the UK, supported by a strong record of successful outcomes. We also work with trusted consultants, contractors and builders to help projects progress from design into construction while maintaining continuity and protecting the original design direction.
